Collection & Return Policy

This policy explains how a repaired scooter can be returned or collected. The website does not offer online checkout.

Workshop Drop-off

Customers may arrange drop-off at the Berlin workshop before travelling. Availability, opening hours and accepted scooter types must be confirmed in advance.

Collection and Return

Where a collection or return service is available, the route, carrier, timing and cost are agreed with the customer before the booking is confirmed. Do not send a scooter without written instructions from the workshop.

Transport Damage

Any visible transport damage should be photographed and reported to the carrier and to [email protected] promptly. The applicable carrier and service terms will be provided for the specific booking.
